The other candidates for this award were, Carlo Ancelotti, Diego Simeone, Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola, Luis Enrique, Mauricio Pochettino and national team coaches of Portua, Leonardo Jadim, Germany’s coach, Joachim Loew and Brazil coach Tite.

Juventus manager, Massimilano Allegri has recorded huge domestic success since taking over from Italian and Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte. He has managed to win the double of league and Coppa Italia for three consecutive seasons. Last season, Allegri guided the I Bianconeri’s to their second UCL final since he took charge in 2014.
