We all know Obudu Cattle Ranch – now Obudu Mountain Resort. We were practically taught about it in secondary school, under social studies or something. Of course there’s Yankari game reserve, and Elegushi beach. But today we’ve taken the time out to do a research on some of the most underappreciated vacation spots in Nigeria, with pictures to prove that they’re indeed really amazing:
TINAPA RESORT: Everybody knows about Obudu, but how many people know about the Tinapa resort? It is a truly beautiful place, and doubles as a perfect spot for both business and leisure.
Isn’t Calabar a truly divine place?
LE MERIDIEN IBOM: If you’re tired of the Lagos stress and noise, and you just want a quiet place to go with the bae or the boo, or maybe even with the fam, this is the place for you. This hotel and golf club has to be one of the most beautiful places we’ve seen in recent times! These south-south guys are
blowing our minds though, and we’re here for it!
OMU RESORT: Okay this is an amazing family spot. It’s more fun than romantic, so we’d recommend this for a family holiday rather than a boo-bae outing. Several fun rides, pool, wet n wild, zoo… it’s generally a very amazing place to just let off steam on a Saturday after all the stress of the week
OWU FALLS: At the end of the day, not many things beat a waterfall, and Owu falls is probably one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Nigeria. If you’ve never been to Kwara state, now’s a good time to visit. Owu falls is a good place to be this season
NIKE ART GALLERY: If you’re an art lover, this is the place for you. Nike Art Gallery is absolutely mind blowing, and we know you’d definitely love it if you have a taste for the arts. Plus it’s in more than two states in Nigeria, so you can find the one closest to you!
Now we can’t wait for holiday season!
